Heavenly Father, I pray for my nephew-in-law Scott and his family who has lost a dear loved one. Be very close to their family during this time of grief and mourning. Please assure them that those who mourn will be comforted. Give them the assurance and the peace that passeth all understanding. You are our God of all comfort that uses us to comfort others. Help us to be a source of comfort to this family during this difficult time. To everything, there is a season, as Your Word points out, a time to be born and a time to die, a time to weep, and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. Help this family to see that You are working Your purposes out in their lives. Remind them, that their loved one, Weezie is safe with You. Help this family to see Your power and to experience Your love. Give them everlasting consolation and good hope through grace. May these blessing enable them to comfort their own heart and may they establish them in every good word and work. Deborah Loudermilk
