Shirley was my mentor when I started my teaching at Patrick Henry School. She and Evelyn Dentz were my " best buddies" and excellent teachers. They led the way for me. I did google Evie's name this morning after I located Shirleys obituary and Evie died the same month as Shirley.
Dave and I had " fun times" with both couples and I am sad this morning.
