Andrea Diane (Hamshar) Goodson

Andrea Diane (Hamshar) Goodson, 44, of Scottsville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Charlottesville on August 19, 1976 a daughter of Diane and Kenneth Hamshar.

Andrea was a graduate of Fluvanna County High School Class of 1993 and was a graduate of the University of Virginia Class of 2009

Andrea was greeted into Heaven by her paternal grandparents, Eugene and Lillian Hamshar; her maternal grandmother, Minnie Ragland; two nephews, Christopher Turner and Andrew Hamshar; and a niece, Caelan Hamshar.

In addition to her parents, left to cherish her memory is her son, Gabriel Lozano; brother, Jason Hamshar (Sherri); sister, Leilani Long (Robert); as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Christ Episcopal Church Cemetery, 900 Glendower Rd., Scottsville. Those wishing to attend will be asked to meet at the cemetery, wear a facial mask, and practice social distancing.
