Annette R. Marshall

     Annette Rappold Marshall of Scottsville passed away on April 30, 2020. She was born Oct. 30, 1959 in Newport News Virginia to the late Charles and Margaret Rappold. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry "Trip" Marshall III. Annette was an extremely hard worker. She cared for and trained horses before she followed in her father's footsteps and became a plumber. She took great pride in her work and owning her own business.

      Annette had a true green thumb that complimented her love of animals and nature. She took joy in her flower garden and would often keep an Audubon Guide close by to identify the different species of birds at the feeders. Annette was also a wonderful cook.  Her homemade jellies, pies, cakes and yeast rolls were loved by her entire family.

     She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Atkinson and her husband Shane; her grandson, JR Atkinson; her brother, Tom Rappold; her brother, David Rappold and his wife Michelle; brother- in- law, Tommy Marshall;  sister,Virginia Teten; her aunt,Sarah Smith; nephews, Will Rappold & Nick Teten; nieces, Lindsey Rappold, Josie Rappold, DeAnna Rappold, & Maggie Teten; and many beloved cousins and friends.
