Charles Michael Zimmerman

Charles Michael Zimmerman (Mike) age 68 of Scottsville went to be with the Lord November 23rd, 2022. Mike was the son of the late James Monroe Zimmerman (Spud) and Delma Jean Potchernick.

Mike is survived by his wife of 48 year’s Lois Jane Zimmerman (Janie) three sons, Mickey, Robbie & Tommy Zimmerman. One daughter Stephanie Jean Robertson and & husband Dereck of Dillwyn. Five grandchildren Kristen Moore & husband Colton, Shane Zimmerman, Dakota, Lila & Mason Robertson. Two brothers Jimmy Zimmerman & wife Kari of Montana, Rusty Zimmerman & wife Darlene of Buckingham. Mike also leaves behind 6 great grandchildren a special cousin Austin Hoover & Devin his beloved dog Lex and his fish Lucky.

Mike was an outgoing person that didn’t know a stranger. He enjoyed working on vehicles and anything else that needed repair. Mike was a huge animal lover and was never short on words, he will be missed by his family & friends.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.

Thacker Brothers Scottsville Funeral Home will be handling arrangements.
