Dorothy Harding Leonard

Dorothy Harding Leonard, 98, of Charlottesville, died on Monday, January 26, 2026 at the Laurels. 

She was born on July 11, 1927 in Buckingham County, a daughter of the late John Ellwyn and Cannie (Page) Harding.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dallas Leonard, and nine brothers and sisters.

After working at Uniroyal in Scottsville, Mrs. Leonard served as the Dining Room Manager at Michie Tavern for many years.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Fluvanna Baptist Church Cemetery by Pastor Randy Golladay.
