Everett Louis Kirby, 83, of Esmont, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on January 26th 2024, at Martha Jefferson Hospital, surrounded by family.
Everett was born on January 9th 1941. He was the son of the late Lester Eugene Kirby and Annie Marsh Kirby Ray. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Edward Kirby, and favorite uncle Arthur.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Joyce Brochu Kirby.
Children: Eugene (Cheryl) Kirby, Tracy Kirby, Erin (Rob) Dallapiazza, Elaine Kirby (Chris Landrum), Eric Kirby, Crystal (Stacey) Fitzgerald.
Grandchildren: Tyler Kirby, Kelsey (Robert) Morris, Rachel (Michael) Ocampo, Ema’Leigh, Ethan and Kinley Landrum, Lucas Dallapiazza, and Casie Fitzgerald.
Great grandchildren: Tanner and Amberley Morris, Anastasia, Jeremy and Dalilah Ponton.
Siblings Mickey Kirby and Janice Spencer. Joe and Barbara Brochu. Judy Brochu-Blake (Dan). Sisters-in-law Sandra Brochu-Birckhead (DW) , and Ann Kirby.
Cousins Jim and Betty Hicks. Along with numerous other cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Everett was the owner and operator of Auto Mashers Inc. and ELK Trucking.
Everett had a passion for old cars, anything powered by a diesel engine, motorcycles, Crown Royal and watching the "Redskins" play ball.
He loved his horses and dogs, and he loved his family above all else.

A service will be held at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, 7484 Esmont Road in Esmont VA. at 11am on Saturday, February 3rd 2024. A Celebration of Life will follow at a location to be determined.
