Gary Ambro Monroe

Gary Ambro Monroe was born on August 17,1957 and departed this world for a
better place on January 12,2022. He was born in Petersburg, Va to Ambro
Adams Monroe and Betty Jo Beckner. Gary was a hard working man who loved
the outdoors. As a matter of fact he could usually be found doing mechanical or
auto body work, which he was well known for, or out cutting down trees to help
someone have firewood. Gary was preceded in life by his father Ambro, his
mother Betty, his sister Jeanette Barlow and his grandson Daniel Doyle III. He
leaves to cherish his memory his 3 brothers Jessie Sherman, Joe Sherman, and
Jerry Monroe, his 4 children Carrie, Alicia(nikki), Adam, and Meadow, and his 6
grandkids Nicholas Monroe, Lexie Doyle, Daniel Millsap III, Christopher Millsap,
Yazmine Millsap and his newest granddaughter Aurora Carmon.
