Jermaine Marcus Amos

Jermaine Marcus Amos, 42, of Charlottesville, Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 29, 2020.  Jermaine was preceded in death by his grandparents, Evangeline Amos, Walter and Mary Booker of Buckingham, and two brothers, Clarence Austin of Buckingham and Don Turner of Charlottesville. 

Jermaine was born August 27,1977 in Charlottesville.  He graduated in 1995 from Charlottesville High School.  His love for life was evident to all that knew him and he had a smile that would light up the heavens.  A humble and peaceful soul, he had a special affection for his kids, nieces, and nephews.

Jermaine leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Mary Amos and her fiancé, Lorenzo Robinson, of Charlottesville; his father, Walter (Don) Booker and Ada Bennett of Charlottesville; 2 sisters, Latoya Austin and Jalessa Jones, of Charlottesville; his children, Jay Amos, Jaquan Brock, Tahirah Amos, Taliyah Amos, Addison Rhodes, Deasia Bell, Juwan Watkins, Charles Thomas, and Lennox; a number of nieces, nephews and cousins; as well as a host of family and friends.  

He was a member of Salem Baptist Church.  He will be greatly missed.  Rest in peace.
