Judith Gayle (Lamb) Mawyer

Judith Gayle Lamb Mawyer, 67, of Gordonsville, passed away Monday, August 12, 2024, at her residence.

She was born December 7, 1956, to the late Earl Edward Lamb, Sr. and Bertha Turner Lamb.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Grover and Mary Turner and Ruben and Fannie Lamb and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Judith leaves behind to cherish her memory her best friend in the whole wide world, her little dog, Sonny Lamb; two brothers, Earl E. Lamb, Jr. of Dyke, VA and S. Michael Lamb of Ruckersville, VA; a number of nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces, as well as too many cousins to mention, all of whom she loved deeply. Two very special cousins, Donald Shifflett (thanks for keeping me on the road) and Delores Collier (thank you for all you did for Sonny and I and for being not only my cousin, but for being the sister I never had).
