Kenneth Wayne Morris, 69, of Charlottesville, danced his way into Heaven from the hill he loved so much, on Friday, December 18, 2020. Born June 12, 1951, in Charlottesville, VA, he was a son of the late Elson Charles and Virgie Maupin Morris.
He is survived by two daughters, Angel Bryant and fiancé, Ray Morris, and Tracey Rothgeb and her husband, Larry; grandchildren, Tiffanee Bryant (Zezo), Lance Rothgeb, Tiara Rothgeb, Cody Bryant (Brianna), and Jared Bryant (Kait); six great-grandchildren; seven siblings, Ruth Dudley (Joe), Charles Morris (Carolyn), Frankie Morris (Bonita), Coleman Morris (Monique), Jeanne Sheets (Mike), Donna Scott (Doug), and Duane Morris (Candy); two aunts, Faye Bryant and Mildred Harlow; and close friend, Carl Thomas. Kenny dearly loved all of his numerous nieces and nephews.
Kenny loved spending time with his family, shooting pool and being on the dance floor. He was the smoothest two-stepper and his dance card was always long and full. His greatest passion and what brought him the most joy in his life was giving to others. Whether it be delivering flowers, tracking down an item that someone just happened to mention or bringing lots of goodies to the kids. His other greatest joy was riding the roads with his brothers.
Kenny was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose where he was recognized as a Pilgrim of the Order for his many years of service.
