KyShara La’Shae Carter, 25, of Howardsville went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 17, 2020 after losing her battle to breast cancer. She was born in Charlottesville on March 29, 1995, a daughter of Antonio Johnson (Latoia Johnson) and Caroline Jones (Mario Jones).
KyShara graduated in 2013 from Charlottesville High School. She was deeply passionate about make-up and cosmetology and was working on pursing her cosmetology certification. KyShara grew-up in the church singing in the choir, participating in the youth ministry and was still an active member of Salem Baptist Church. KyShara greatly enjoyed shopping and was always looking for the best deal. She also liked traveling and spending time with her family and friends, especially during the holidays. KyShara will always be remembered for her loving and caring personality. She was a great and loving mother to her daughter, Zariyah; who was her world, and a beloved daughter, granddaughter, and friend, who will be forever missed.
KyShara was greeted into Heaven by her paternal grandparents, Clifton and Thelma Lee Ayers; paternal great grandmother, Mary Johnson; maternal great grandmothers, Dora Banks and Lina Mae Smith.
In addition to her parents and daughter, left to cherish her memory are her maternal grandparents, Bessie and Raymond Carter; brother, Mario B. Jones; special friends: Christella Cooke-Cain, Markel Goode, Casey Goode, Shemeya Perkins-Goode, Deysia Ayres, Tarian Ayres, R.J. Gilmore, and Kwamanie Ayers; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends.
