Lynn "Petey" Eileen Petersen

Lynn “Petey” Eileen Petersen, 73, of Lake Monticello, died on Monday, July 18, 2022 at Martha Jefferson Hospital.

She was born on October 14, 1948 in Staten Island, NY, a daughter of the late Frank and Gertrude (Dick) Petersen.

Petey worked as an LPN at Willowbrook State School for the Developmentally Disabled on Staten Island, NY for many years. She moved to Lake Monticello in 1990 and worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved bowling.

Survivors include a daughter, Jaime Lynn Holloway of NJ; two sons, Erik Stanley of NJ, and Michael Stanley of NY; and eight grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Thacker Brothers Lake Monticello Funeral Home by the Rev. Amy Grant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
