Noreen Caskey Wilbourn

Noreen Caskey Wilbourn, 93, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025.

She was born September 7, 1931, in Martinsburg, West Virginia to the late Silas Franklin and Lucille Parker Caskey.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Richard Lee Wilbourn; and a sister, Silene C. Boykins.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons; Russell Lewis, Bryan Lyn, and Timothy Lane; two sisters, Sallie C. Blosser and Marsha C. Wellons; two grandchildren Timothy Lee Wilbourn and Casey Lynne Wilbourn.

Noreen was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Portsmouth, Virginia. She retired from Central Fidelity Bank (Wachovia) and was a member of Scottsville United Methodist Church in Scottsville, Virginia.

A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Scottsville United Methodist Church at 2:00 PM with Reverend Laura Stratton officiating.

Burial will follow in the Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery in Esmont, Virginia.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the church.
