Patricia Ann (Fisanick) Golgosky

Patricia Ann Golgosky, 80 of Fork Union, VA passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

Born March 1941, in Spangler, PA, she was the daughter of Michael and Julia (Dercotch) Fisanick. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Michael Fisanick and her sister, Nancy Fisanick Vandrak.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, William Golgosky; brother William Fisanick and sister-in-law Nancy Fisanick; three children, William Golgosky (Tara), Nadine Golgosky, and Susan Golgosky Orr (Chad); and seven grandchildren. Marissa, Olivia, Will, Leif, Carys, Bella and Bryce.

After graduation from John Carroll High School, Carrolltown, PA, she attended St. Francis College and received her degree in Education. She taught elementary school aged children for 46 years and touched many lives.

She is a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary in Dillwyn, VA, where a requiem mass and burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2021.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2021 at Thacker Brothers Lake Monticello Funeral Home. Family and friends may share memories and photos at www.thackerbrothers.com.
