Richard Louis Fagan

RICHARD LOUIS FAGAN, 77, of Palmyra, VA, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021 at his home.  Born August 31, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of the late William R. Fagan and Edna M.Fagan.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Kevin J.Fagan.  

Richard is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patricia Anne Ryan Fagan; daughter, Laura C.Ward; sons, Richard M. Fagan, Keith P. Fagan, Brian J. Fagan, and Shawn C. Fagan; 8 grandchildren, Ryan, Mason, Dylan, Kyle, Kendall, Jax, Jameson, and Nolan; and a brother, William R. Fagan.

Richard lived in Staten Island and Stony Brook, NY prior to retiring to Lake Monticello 21 years ago.  He was a member of Lake Monticello Beautification and Lake Monticello History Group.  He was an avid UVA sports fan.
