Toni Beatrice Aldridge

Toni Beatrice Denby Aldridge, 73, of Scottsville, passed away on July 16, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Charleston, South Carolina on March 19, 1952.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Beatrice Rioux and Caleb Norfleet Denby, her infant son Derek Aldridge, her brothers, Daniel and Kevin Denby, and sister, Lisa Denby.

She is survived by her husband Hugh Gordon Aldridge, two sons Drew and Katie Aldridge of Ashburn, Virginia, Joshua and Erica Aldridge of Scottsville, six grandchildren, Bizzie, Evie, Lainie, Zach, Colton, and Sawyer.

She is also survived by her brothers and spouses, Keith and Katherine Denby, Brian and Mary Denby, Gary Denby, Paul and Tracy Denby, Eric and Laura Denby, Shawn and Lisa Denby. Toni is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Toni retired from the US Postal Service after 20 years of service as a mail carrier in the Scottsville community. She was a devoted grandmother who loved all her grandchildren immensely. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. We know she is in a better place now.

Family night will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025, from 6:00pm -8:00pm at Thacker Brothers Funeral Homes in Scottsville, VA.
