Virginia Elizabeth Arrington Bowen passed away on January 25th, 2022 in Poquoson, Va. She was born on October 10, 1921 in Greensboro, N.C. to Edward Arrington and Thelma Virginia Arrington. She lived and went to school in Newport News, Va. and then to Greensboro College. She later moved to the Charlottesville, Va. area and lived many years in Scottsville, Va.
