Yanira Esmerlda Ayla, 43, of Scottsville, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at her home surrounded by her beloved family.
She was born on May 14, 1979, a daughter of the late Carlos Franco and Maria D. Ayala in El Salvador.
Yanira was preceded in death by her a son, Emmanuel Guerra Ayala and her Grandparents.
Yani worked as a housekeeper for many years until she was no longer able. She enjoyed working in the garden in her free time, cooking delicious meals for her family, and just spending time with her family and friends. She loved her children more than anything in this world. Her sweet soul will truly be missed by all that knew her.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her three children, Jenifer Ayala, Rubi Guerra Ayala and Caleb Guerra Ayala, all of Scottsville, Virginia; five siblings, Godo Ayala, Cristabel Ayala, Rosario Ayala, Sandra Franco and Carlos Franco; along with a host of extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.
The family will receive friends from 7pm-9pm on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Thacker Brothers Scottsville Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be conducted at 9:00 am on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at Thacker Brothers Scottsville Funeral Home with Pastor Josue Hernandez of Centro Cristiano Cannan officiating. Interment will follow immediately after at Monticello Memory Gardens in Charlottesville.
